Where can I find a bounce house and water slide in Frisco Texas? I am planning a large party and am looking for tables, chairs, cotton candy machine, snow cone machine, popcorn machine rentals where they would be delivered to, setup, taken down and picked up from my home in the North Dallas area.

i_like_to_flip_yay replied: "I know of one you can book, they offer both bounce houses and water slides and pretty much everything you listed! They do everything and there is no deposit. Oh and also I think Churches and day cares get discounts. These are pretty nice slide and bounce houses in one."

Hollywood Themed Customer Service Week? I am in charge of planning Customer Service week where we will reward our Customer Service Reps with a week all about them. Monday, they will come into the office that will be decorated with red carpet, everyone gets a "Dressing room Star," balloons everywhere, etc. Tuesday, we're renting a popcorn machine. Wednesday, we're having a movie themed lunch with hot dogs, nachos, and movie candy, and Friday we're having a "Box" day where everyone gets to pick a box that looks the same as the others, but inside can be something from a box of popcorn to movie tickets to a free movie rental, etc. As you can see, I'm missing a Thursday activity. We've got a $500 budget give or take, and I've pretty much got that tied up. Any ideas for what to do that day? Even if they'll cost more money, I'd like to have anything you've got! My brain is fried! We are in a call center. Good idea though! Maybe have them dress up and then whomever wins the contest gets to pick their box 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.

GP replied: "Have them dress up as their favorite star - then an 'Award' for the best costume! Maybe the customers could vote for their favorites (if you are not a call center for example)."

Sweetielicious replied: "you could do be a celebrity 4 a day and do paparazzi stuff."

Rental Property? I have a rental property that is currently managed by a rental property company. I was notified today that the 1st floor of a my two floor house has water marks in the ceiling from a leak. After review from a private contractor, their preliminary findings identified the potential source of the leak as the washing machine, located on the second floor. From pictures, it looks like the water marks are located directly below the washing machine (1st floor) and have traveled to other spots on the ceiline of the first floor. The contractor identified spots that will require the dry wall to be removed and replaced, with the entire ceiling repainted. Unfortunately the ceiling is textured (popcorn ceiling). I understand the tenants should be liable for this mishap. What steps do I need to take to make sure I have enough information information or evidence to show this is the fault of the tenant so that I don't get stuck with the bill myself. The house is relatively new, with no previous The washer is owned by the tenant. As was suggested I hired a general contractor to evaluate the source of the leak. His analysis pointed to the washing machine, located on the second floor. I also decided to higher a restoration specialist firm, specializing in leak repair and find the source of the leak with thermal imaging. Their detailed analysis identified water coming from the laundry room, specifically where the washer was. Not identifying the discharge or water pipes as the root cause. This seemed to be the bulk of the problem. They also did notice a small leak from the bathroom which did cause a small leak but very minor compared to the washer. Since the washer is owned by the tenant, should the tenant take full responsibility for paying for all repairs? I'm not sure if they have renters insurance but looking into that. Thanks.

Suzy replied: "Get a written statement and estimate from a certified contractor."

stacie m replied: "It might cost a little more but, i would have at least 3 reputable Contracters say that it is the tenants fault in writing. Also, Take plenty of pictures. It might even be worth your time to have a plumber look at the washing machine also and write a statement for you. Stacie"

MLaw replied: "You don't say who owns the washer. If you own the washer & it is the washer or pipes that broke, it's your responsibility. Your insurance may cover it. If the tenant simply over-filled it, or somehow caused the leak, its their's. You need someone to tell you the precise cause, not just the location."

Sarah replied: "Robert, It is important to review the terms of the lease agreement between you and your tenants. It should identify who is responsible for this type of thing and your tenants should have been advised to secure renters insurance as well. In order to verify that they washing machine which belongs to the tenant is the source of the leak you should have your Property Management company document the situation with pictures & any eveidence the contractor can provide on the source of the leak."

Want to know cause family has a big party rental bizz and deal with mostly castles slides popcorn/slushy/cotton candy machines ect.ect. Jez . replied: "Rent it. It's really fun but its hard to move in there. I wasnt the one who paid do i dont know the price sorry but we had it for 2 days. I guess it just depends how much you pay. Good quality."

martynnatabus1 replied: "Sumo suits are great for parties and fun days, the sumo suits you hire out are not inflatable, the inflatable sumo suits are the cheap sumo suits, the sumo suits you hire for parties are made of bouncy castle material which is a very strong PVC. The only down fall with sumo suits is the storage, sumo suits take more space than a bouncy castle."

another random nonsense poem/story,you like? my car broke down so i rented one.at the rental place they called it the meat machine.i was in too much of a hurry to ask questions so i didnt worry about it.i got home, stepped out of the car and looked down the driveway.there they were a trail of hotdogs.i thought wow, this is like that one time i tripped on that drug i never did.so i wondered, hotdogs?what kinda motor is in there.so i popped the hood, and opened it and found three chinese flamingos on bicycle devices used to power the car.they were panting and breathing profusely.i thought to my self who would do such a thing?there chinese for god sake,i could understand mexican flamingos but not this, this was an outrage.popsicles under my toes, jelly beans in my nose.so i called my grandma and told her about it,she said feed them, but not cheese, not after twelve o clock anyway.so i did just that.and they thanked me for the double cheese burgers they devoured.so i drove back to the dealer only to find they closed down.i sold the car for parts, even the chinese flamingos.one of them went to asia to be a popcorn vendor at the circus, another went to bed and dreamt of one day being a cowboy, good luck little buddy.the last went to school, finished and got his g.e.d. and got hired as rally's supervisor but misssed his first day of work because he spent it smoking crack!
